Ideal Retail Pro has it all! With extensive stock control capabilities and powerful sales reporting, this product has been developed to incorporate all the features required to manage your business efficiently and effectively.
Multi-Location Stock Control:IRP Premium supports Multi-Location Stock Control so that each area or remote site is responsible for their stock. Stock items can be enabled or disabled by location so your stock-take forms only show the items that are sold in that location. Stock Transfers can be entered manually or via a Portable Data Entry Unit (PDE). Advanced stock control reports include Stock Movement, Stock Transactions, Stock Write-offs, Stock Transfers and more.
Supplier Stock Codes: Supplier Stock Codes are designed to allow you to record the stock codes used by your supplier. You can have multiple codes for multiple suppliers associated with the one stock item, as you may purchase the item from more than one source.
Electronic Invoicing & Ordering: Electronic invoicing and ordering is supported for several liquor suppliers including ALM, HLW, ILG and Innkeeper.
Sales Batches: Uploaded sales from ECRs are stored in Sales Batches. A separate Sales Batch is created for each ECR during a Sales Upload. Reports can be viewed or printed for Sales Batches. When a Sales Batch is processed, the information it contains is posted to the sales and stock data in IRP. Sales Batches can be processed automatically when the sales are uploaded or they can be processed manually at a later time. Typically, Sales Batches would be uploaded but not processed while entry of a stocktake is in progress.
Customer Account: Some businesses need to store and track purchases made by their customers and settle payments at the end of the week or month. Customer Accounts are generated in IRP with this information being updated in real-time (seleceted ECR models only). Customer invoicing can also be performed with extensive reports and customer statements made available.
Special Price Files: A special price file is a set of special prices that takes the place of normal pricing for a given period of time. Dates can be designated to the Special Price File. These dates affect whether or not the Special Price File is automatically downloaded into the register at the time of a Scheduled Communications job.

Multi-Location Stock-take: The stock-take procedure in Ideal POS is simple and easy to use. Partial stock-takes can be performed with reports to show variances and valuation. Stock-take can be done by location with many reports to show stock transactions, stock movement, the value of stock and stock variances.
Graphical Table Map: Design and create the layout of your restaurant. A graphical representation of your floor plan gives you control on the table activity to show the status of your tables. Status types include inactive, reserved, seated, ordered, order printed to kitchen, bill requested, to be cleaned, as well as six user defined table status.
Remote Kitchen Printing and Wireless Hand Held Ordering: Have orders sent to remote kitchen printers. Text can be manually entered so special instructions are also sent to the printers. Orders can be taked with a Wireless Hand Held device with orders saved to the customer's table.

StarrLoyalty
"StarrLoyalty" uses gaming firmware to connect to Ideal Reward Centre, thus offering a simple customer loyalty system suitable for all states of Australia, using cost-effective mag-stripe cards.
This system allows:
- Points to be awarded to customers per dollar spent
- Special points for particular products
- Customers can redeem points for products at the ECR, or for rewards in the software
- Customer cards (mag-stripe data) can be set up to trigger the cash register to move to a special "customer" price level
- Cards can be designated as "prepaid cards" and can be set up with a given amount of prepaid points for spending at the venue.
Gaming Loyalty Server
Starrtec's "Gaming Loyalty Server" (GLS) interface allows clubs and hotels in New South Wales and Queensland to connect their Sharp cash registers with their gaming loyalty database. This allows them to offer loyalty benefits to patrons who do not want to participate in gaming, as well as being able to offer merchandise promotions and allow redemption of accumulated points on non-gaming products.
NB: This is a 'live' system relying on a networked computer to retrieve loyalty information.

The versatile reporting capablilities allow detailed and summarised member listings, fee code listings and analysis, control account reports, statistical membership analysis, mailing labels and many other reports which can be set up to track down required information quickly.
Member history can be recorded as well as a complete transaction history can be viewed on screen and printed out for a particular member or for the entire membership. Letters and member notices can be designed to send to any range of selected members which meet a predetermined criteria and can also include numerous personal details of any selected member.

Ideal Retail Pro 2.6 Basic has all the features of IRP Lite and more. The Basic version has single location stock control facilities including an easy-to-use stock-take that produces a Stock Valuation and Variance report.
Indirect Items: Create special indirect items that incorporate Multiple or Partial Stock items to be sold at the point of sale, for example, if a carton of soft drink is purchased from a supplier and then sold as individual cans. When one can is sold, 1/24th is deducted from stock.
Stock Purchases & Purchase Orders: Stock Purchases can be entered by supplier with the ability to update first and last average cost prices and distribute freight costs evenly amongst the items. Purchase Orders can be created based on pre-determined recommended and reorder levels and then faxed or emailed to supplier.
Export & Archive Database Facility: Export Database Facility allows you to build your own customised reports, or integrate with another software package. Ideal Retail Pro Basic includes a built-in archive data function that easily allows you to view your archived data without restoring data backups.

Kitchen Monitor
|

Ideal Kitchen Monitor has been developed specifically for fast food outlets that require immediate processing of incoming orders. The software estabishes communication between a PC and up to 4 cash registers(Sharp ER-A490, ER-A750, ER-A770, ER-3110, UP-3300, UP-700) which display their kitchen printer output on the computer monitor.
Ideal Kitchen Monitor displays each order from the cash registers, the time the order was placed, the docket number, each item ordered and their quantities. By using an optional VGA splitter, up to 8 monitors can be connected.
The software is controlled by either the main keyboard or an optional keypad. The controls provide the user with access to all orders displayed on both sides of the screen. Once an order has been processed, it can be deleted to allow more ordrs to be displayed. Other features include the undeletion option, the average process time display and the flashing of orders which have remained on-screen too long.

We offer a wide range of training courses which are run by our experienced staff with an extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Training can start from basic installation training and go right through to management/financial reporting. Courses can be customised to suit your individual needs.
Re-training is site specific, which allows analysis of individual clients data, highlighting their specific issues.
